The Day Care Man is a character in the Pokemon games, he has no name and is simply called as such, and he usually has a wife. In this, I dropped hints that he was Kogoro.
Hakuba gets the first egg, because it was found with Kid as the DCM said.
In the games, and, presumably, in the anime though I wouldn't know as I haven't watched any of it since I was 14, the eggs are "mysterious". No one knows how they appear.
Attract is an attack that makes Pokemon of the opposite gender fall in love with the pokemon who used it. They then have an "in love" status effect that may make them unable to attack their opponent, the user of the attract attack. Kazuha meant for Heiji to teach Conan "Charm" an attack that lowers the opponents attack stat and makes them weaker.
In these drabbles Kid and Shinichi were the "pokemon" and, as such, more like sophisticated animals than actual humans.
