Silly Hakuba. You'd think he'd be smart enough to either spend all of his time out of the country, and thus out of range of Kaito, or spend it all in the country and not leave his things where the magician can mess with them. Though I can see Kaito getting his address in England and sending him pranks by mail. But then Hakuba will develop a comical paranoia of the the post.
How can the Shonen Tantei still be six years old? I would think that it took Ran at least a year, possibly a year and a half before breaking it off, and the events of Seduction of Kid must have taken at least another half-year to a year (From first chapter to Shinichi appearing before Kid again). I'd expect them to be 7-8 years old now.
